Altair Activate is an open and flexible integration platform for complex systems simulation. Based on a hybrid block diagram modelling environment for signal blocks, object-oriented physical components and electrical and electronic systems, Altair Activate enables multi-physics analysis throughout the development cycle.

The solution provides comprehensive support for mathematical modelling, scripting languages and modelling and facilitates the reuse and integration of existing code within the same model. Multi-level modelling using adjustable complexity models, the tool-independent Functional Mock-up Interface (FMI) standard or co-simulation with Altair® MotionSolve® and Altair® Flux™ facilitate multi-body dynamics analysis for electromechanical sensors and actuator design.

Altair Activate enables collaboration and creates links between multi-disciplinary projects that are often isolated in silos.
